A1:       There is a possibility of a defect in the front passenger airbag system, could lead to a partial inflation of the front passenger airbag with period of time, increase the risk of injury and possibility of a crash.

A2:       There are 25 vehicles covered by this Special Service Campaign.

Q3:      What is ALJ going to do?

A3:       ALJ will send an owner notification advising owners to make an appointment with his authorized Lexus dealer to replace passenger airbag. The remedy procedure will be performed at NO CHARGE.

A4:       There are no advanced warnings prior to the existence of this condition

Q5:      How long will the repair take?

A5:       The repair will take approximately 3.0 to 4.5 hours. However, depending upon the dealer’s work schedule, it may be necessary to make your vehicle available for a longer period of time.
